Ray White Double Bay

Designed as a five-storey for Ray White Double Bay, the building integrates all internal business departments. It combines refined client spaces, end-of-trip facilities, flexible work environments, and a hospitality level that transforms into a dynamic cabaret-style auction venue.

This project reinterprets the traditional institutional office, grounded in quality and permanence through a warm, contemporary lens. A restrained material palette establishes longevity, from the in-situ terrazzo entry floor to refined dark-stained veneers detailed with precision and minimalism.
