Within an extraordinary 1928 heritage listed building at Elizabeth Bay, three new residences were created with one to each floor. The building underwent a complete internal reconstruction and included a steel and zinc extension with terracotta garden terraces.
Inspired by the elegance of the historic building, the interiors were designed with a restrained sense of luxury. With all new internal planning and new materials, the intent was to design spaces that felt contemporary yet respectful to the original architecture. The residences have an alluring charm with bold interior spaces that overlook the harbour.
