Verdant and violet, the sturdy-trunked jacaranda stands proudly, mirrored in the jewelled palette of deep greens and alluring purples, bathing the Victorian terrace home in a re-energised charm.

Belying the homage to heritage, our team has created a dynamic synergy between old and new. Traditional interior detailing has been effectively merged in the modernised spatial reconfiguration. Thermal passive design saw the existing balcony enclosed, re-orienting the kitchen, living, dining with northern light flooding the open floorplan through dramatic gabled glazing.
